You agree to the following Terms and Conditions of 1stPage.Biz when you agree to work with us. Once payment is received these Terms and Conditions are legally binding. Any work done by 1stPage.Biz, its partners and contractors are hereby legally protected by these terms and conditions.
All applicable parties are required to read and agree to the following conditions. A condition of placing any order is bound by the set forth terms. 1stPage.Biz will not be bound by any conditions imposed by the customer/client (hereafter referred to as the “buyer”, “customer”, or “client”), unless agreed in writing and signed by all company owners & partners.
All services are non refundable. Please be advised that we does not produce mock designs for viewing. Once you agree to work with us, time is already considered spent on your design. Should the client decide that the work is not acceptable, we are more than willing to meet your expectations per our terms and conditions. Turnaround times vary from 1-10 business days depending on the work load and amount of work desired. We do our best to accommodate our client’s needs at all times! Barring any unforeseen extraordinary circumstance(s), all orders will be produced within the estimated design and turnaround times provided. Adjustments for designs and ads are included in the original design quote. Additional changes to your ad may incur an additional cost.
LOGO DESIGN
A Draft of your project will be submitted to you for your review. Once you have received your Draft of the project, please review, approve or reply with ALL revisions within 48 Business Hours of Draft Delivery Date. Delayed responses will cause your project to be delayed as we try to move quickly from project to project. You will receive 2-3 Logo Concepts. Please choose the one that best interprets your vision. You are responsible for reviewing EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR DESIGN INCLUDING SPELLING, VERBIAGE AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED. YOU ARE ALLOWED 3 REVISIONS PER PROJECT. PLEASE DO NOT APPROVE A DESIGN FOR FINAL EDITS IF REVISIONS ARE NEEDED. IF YOU REQUEST A REVISION AFTER YOUR VERBAL APPROVAL, THERE WILL BE A $5-$10 REVISION FEE PER REVISION ( ADJUSTMENT). Upon your approval of the final revision, you will receive 3 file formats in the form of PNG, JPEG and PDF. Once you receive these file formats your project is considered complete.
WEBSITE DESIGN

Once your website is published your project is considered complete. Account Usernames and Passwords created by us are given to you for future adjustments and management. AFTER COMPLETION YOU ARE ALLOWED 3 REVISIONS PER PROJECT. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE YOUR WEBSITE LIVE OR PUBLISHED IF REVISIONS ARE NEEDED. IF YOU REQUEST ANY ADDITIONAL REVISIONS, THERE WILL BE A $5-$10 REVISION FEE PER REVISION (ADJUSTMENT).
